End User License Agreement for "PUPS!CH" Twitch Extension

Effective Date: April 30, 2025

This agreement ("EULA") governs your access to the PUPS!CH extension ("Extension") through Twitch's platform. By interacting with the Extension, you agree to these terms.

1. Access License

Reyn König ("Developer") grants you permission to:

• Use the Extension solely through Twitch's interface
• Engage with its features as intended

This is a non-transferable, revocable license subject to:

• Twitch's Terms of Service
• Twitch's Privacy Policy

2. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Attempt to exploit API vulnerabilities
• Use automated tools to manipulate Extension functionality
• Misrepresent your identity or engage in fraudulent activity

3. Ownership

All rights to the Extension (including visuals and code) remain with the Developer.

4. Termination

Access may be suspended if you:

• Violate Twitch's policies
• Abuse the Extension's features

5. Disclaimer

The Extension is provided "as is" with no guarantees of:

• Uninterrupted availability
• Compatibility with all devices
• Accuracy of leaderboard or other dynamic data

6. Changes

The Developer may update this EULA by posting revisions on Twitch's Extension page.
